Appointments
If you have left a message about an appointment, we have now contacted everyone on the list. There were a few customers we were just unable to get in touch with however, so if you still require a treatment, please contact us by phone on 01577 863364 and we’ll do our best to fit you in. The booking app will reopen on 19th April so you can do so there too.
Patch Testing
If you would like to book an appointment that requires tinting, please call the salon, as we will have to provide a patch test 24 hours before your appointment. This is compulsory for all tinting treatments, even if you have had one before. Thanks for your understanding.
Products
Our online shop is open 24/7 for gifts and products and remember we will also deliver free. Our Decleor range is back in stock, along with lots more of your favourite beauty brands! You will also be able to browse while you visit for your treatment as we’re stocking the shelves with all your favourites!
Treatments
At the moment, we are still unable to offer certain treatments to the face such as full facials, makeup and waxing but we’ll be bringing them back just as soon as the rules are updated.
We are so excited to see you back and cannot wait to welcome you all to the salon. The procedures will be as before, so please wear a mask, wait outside for your therapist at the time of your appointment, complete the medical form and allow us to take a non-contact temperature reading. After that, relax and enjoy your treatment!
